What are Polynucleotides?
Polynucleotides are a relatively new treatment to the UK, but are taking the world of aesthetics by storm. They are a regenerative treatment that encourages the healing process of the skin, ensuring a tight, youthful looking complexion when administered to a variety of different points of the skin. They also actively encourage the collagen and elastin production in your skin, which can help combat ageing.
Polynucleotides Treatment
Your medical practitioner will discuss your medical history and expectations from the treatment. Once you are both happy they will continue their facial assessment and plan where the product will be placed for optimum results. The treatment itself will take about 30-45 minutes but this can differ depending on where you are having the treatment. Once you have had your treatment you may be slightly red and potentially some swelling/puffiness which will subside a couple of days after treatment. True results will be seen approximately 1 week post-treatment.
