Yes, our insurance covers you on the day of your training, should your own existing professional insurance not already cover you for some reason.

The Biostimulator and Sculptra training courses we currently offer are hosted at our London and Stoke Poges Buckinghamshire training centres. For the practical elements of your Biostimulator and Sculptra training you will be split into small groups of no more than 4 delegates to 1 trainer. This allows for maximum practical learning but also enables you to learn through observation.

Yes. As long as you are medically qualified as a surgeon, doctor, dentist or nurse and have a current registration with your governing body you are able to attend our aesthetic training courses. We would need to see copies of your medical certificates and registration and we would only be able to certify you to practice in the country that you are registered in.

Many of our overseas delegates prefer to complete a range of courses on consecutive days in order to maximise their time with us. If this is something you’d be interested in please contact our course co-ordinators who will be more than happy to put you together a bespoke course package tailored for your educational requirements.

Sculptra is the first and original injectable collagen stimulator containing microparticles of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA-SCA). It works by stimulating collagen production to help restore facial skin structure and may provide long-lasting skin improvement.

The course focuses on Sculptra, and we also include HArmonyCa™ within the practical training. As not every model will be clinically suitable for Sculptra, having both products allows delegates to experience different approaches to biostimulation and appropriate patient selection.

Not every patient or model will be suitable for Sculptra. Including HArmonyCa™ allows the training to cover an additional biostimulator option and supports learning around choosing an appropriate treatment for the individual patient.

This course is designed for qualified aesthetic practitioners looking to expand their injectable knowledge and introduce biostimulators into their practice.

Yes. This is advanced injectable training, so delegates should already have appropriate training and experience in injectable treatments.

You’ll cover biostimulation, patient assessment and selection, treatment planning, product knowledge, injection techniques, safety and how biostimulators can be incorporated into your aesthetic practice.

Yes, practical training is an important part of the course, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills under expert guidance.

This will depend on model suitability. Patient safety and appropriate treatment selection come first, which is why HArmonyCa™ is also included within the training.

Rather than focusing solely on adding immediate volume, Sculptra is a collagen stimulator. It works by stimulating collagen production, so improvements develop progressively.

Yes. Understanding who is, and importantly who isn’t, suitable for a particular biostimulator is an important part of the training.

Yes. The training covers safety considerations, contraindications, patient selection and complication awareness alongside practical treatment techniques.

Delegates receive certification following successful completion of the course, subject to Cosmetic Courses’ course requirements.
