This is a hands-on role requiring a qualified aesthetician who can manage the Clinic whilst maintaining a hands on treatment role.
Minimum Beauty Therapy Level 3 is required but Level 4 would be advantageous.

As Clinic Manager, you will have day to day management of the Clinic and will supervising / manage a small team so previous experience within a Spa, Clinic or Luxury Retail environment is essential.

As Clinic Manager, you will have good commercial and financial acumen and will be able to maximise all sales opportunities, and drive profitability, standards and reputation. An understanding of CQC regulations would be beneficial.

We require someone who is flexible and able to work outside of office hours. You will have a warm, friendly and professional manner. You will not only have outstanding customer service skills but will also be able to instil this into your team.

We are currently looking for a medical aesthetician to join our Buckinghamshire clinic in Princes Risborough, close to the train station and within commutable distance from High Wycombe, Aylesbury, and Oxford areas.

Currently working within the medical profession, you will be looking for a career within aesthetics, carrying out a range of non-surgical treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers for our private clients as well as undertaking the aesthetics training that we offer to clinicians.

We are looking for a personable individual for this role, who is attentive and caring and encourages best practice. You will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to ethically assess and advise on the most suitable treatments.

Valid GMC, GDC or NMC membership is essential. The ideal candidate will be qualified to Level 7 in aesthetic medicine or is willing to undertake this training with us.

Some travel is required to partner clinics with full costs reimbursed for any travel and hotel required.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our London office for a highly organised and personable individual to undertake the role of Front of House Co-ordinator. Our office in Farringdon which has excellent transport links, including a short walk from Chancery Lane, Holborn and Farringdon stations.
As the first point of contact for Cosmetic Courses, you will be responsible for greeting all visitors; clients, delegates and models, and ensuring that all required paperwork is completed and securely filed for all patients and course attendees.

This is a varied role requiring a proactive person who is confident in sales and encouraging repeat bookings so experience within a similar environment would be advantageous. There is a strong focus on organisational skills and the ability to forward plan is key – forward booking models, delegates and stock.

You will also be responsible for ensuring treatment rooms are prepared and cleared throughout the day, lunch orders are managed to support courses and meetings as needed.

We are looking for a conscientious, customer focused person, who has experience of multi-tasking and using your own initiative to maximise bookings and product sales. The ideal candidate will have a warm and attentive manner with excellent communication skills.
Shifts are 8-4 or 10-6 plus 2 Saturdays per month, which you will receive a lieu day as well as payment.
