Polynucleotide HPTTM Training Course

Regenerative aesthetics are increasingly becoming the sought-after treatments of the industry. In partnership with Dermafocus, we are now offering our delegates training in the revolutionary Mastelli Polynucleotides HPTTM. Established in 1952 in Sanremo, the company has been committed to skincare since its beginning. PLINEST, PLINEST EYE, PLINEST HAIR and NEWEST are Mastelli’s new range of polynucleotides with specific products for the skin, eyes and scalp.

Why train in Polynucleotides?

The ability to offer your patients Polynucleotides HPTTM will set you aside from other aesthetic practitioners who don’t offer this treatment. It is an ideal treatment for your patients to improve fine lines, acne scarring, dark under-eye circles, skin laxity and poor skin tone or texture. It can also be combined in a treatment plan with skin boosters (such as Profhilo or Hydrobooster), Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) or conventional Hyaluronic Acid (HA).

We will teach you the following areas: eyes, face and neck. Other areas, such as the hands and scalp, can be covered once familiar with the products.

Polynucleotide Training  from Cosmetic Courses

What are Polynucleotides?

Derived from DNA, Polynucleotides work at a cellular level to repair tissue, stimulate fibroblasts and improve skin quality. As well as providing collagen stimulation, Polynucleotides also aid in calming inflammation within the skin.

How do Polynucleotides work?

Polynucleotides target the fibroblasts within the skin to promote hydration and collagen synthesis. They also help to reduce the free radicals (unstable molecules which accelerate the ageing processes) and improve the extra-cellular matrix.

Results from the Polynucleotide Treatment

Patients can expect to see a reduction of fine lines and wrinkles as well as an improvement in the crepiness of the skin. They should also see noticeable differences in the skin texture, hydration and tone with the added skin ‘glow’. As the product contains anti-inflammatory properties, this has the additional benefit of reducing redness such as rosacea.

Some results can be seen after the first treatment which typically lasts for six months, but the second and third treatments really enhance the bio-remodeling and rejuvenating processes. We would recommend patients to have a course of three treatments approximately 3 weeks apart.

Due to Polynucleotides containing animal products, this product is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. It would not be advised to have this treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Frequently Asked Questions

Polynucleotides are made with DNA fragments from fish. These fragments work as antioxidants and help with wound healing to stimulate new collagen formation. Targeting the fibroblasts and promoting hydration of the skin, and collagen synthesis, Polynucleotides increase the number of fibroblasts while also clearing up free radicals (unstable molecules which accelerate ageing processes).

Results can be seen after the first treatment which typically lasts for six months, but the second and third treatments really kickstart the bio-remodeling and rejuvenating processes.
